They can beat the mess out of the bad guys roaming around Gotham City but they aren't able to perform counter-attacks nor are they able to do any of the fancy stuff that some of the other characters are capable of pulling off in Arkham Knight.
It definitely takes some of the fun out of the gameplay experience in Arkham Knight, but that's just how it all plays out.īruce and Gordon are also playable and can be used to throw down some mean punches and kicks. For instance, Joker has no combat moves and he can't counter, so the only thing you can do is run around and slide underneath baddies, tripping them up. Some of the characters offer more playability than others.
